As a Band 7 Clinical Lead, you will:o Deliver complex clinical care to patients in the ICU settings.o Provide clinical leadership and support for staff, helping them manage their caseloads and personal development.o Take the lead on In-Service Training programmes, not only for our team but also for colleagues across inpatient settings.o Play a key role in service development, promoting a culture of rehabilitation across the units.o Work closely with a Band 8 and Operational team lead who will offer support in your professional growth, providing regular supervision and helping you progress within your career.
