Clinical Lead Physiotherapist

If so, SCFT Intermediate Care Units (ICUs) could be the ideal opportunity for you!We are looking to complete our Band 7 Team with a dedicated Physiotherapist Clinical Lead to assist in managing and developing the Therapy Service for our ICUs based at Crawley Hospital and Horsham Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the service we provide to the community through our bedded units.

Main duties of the job

As a Band 7 Clinical Lead, you will:o Deliver complex clinical care to patients in the ICU settings.o Provide clinical leadership and support for staff, helping them manage their caseloads and personal development.o Take the lead on In-Service Training programmes, not only for our team but also for colleagues across inpatient settings.o Play a key role in service development, promoting a culture of rehabilitation across the units.o Work closely with a Band 8 and Operational team lead who will offer support in your professional growth, providing regular supervision and helping you progress within your career.
