We are looking for flexible, motivated, and enthusiastic Band 6 CT Radiographers to join the Radiology team in North Devon. Two posts are available: one permanent role and one fixed-term post of two years.
The department has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, including a new CT suite with back-to-back Siemens Somatom X.cite CT scanners, 6 general DR rooms, 2 Interventional rooms, a DXA suite, and an MRI scanner.
The post-holder should have experience in CT scanning; however, a developmental role will be considered for suitable candidates.

More detail about the role
The post-holder will be part of a team within the Imaging Department to ensure the provision of a safe, efficient, and high-quality service while adhering to Departmental and Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust protocols. In the absence of the Lead Radiographers, the post-holder will take responsibility for the operation and delivery of the service, including prioritising and managing the workload, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care are achieved. The post-holder will be expected to act as a point of contact for enquiries from referrers to the service, patient enquiries, and other Radiographers.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week on average, including long shifts and night shifts to provide a 24/7 service.
