This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified Physiotherapist to work within our established in patient (Pathway 2) team within the Amber Valley and Erewash area.
The pathway 2 therapy team provide timely and appropriate care to patients within our local pathway 2 beds.
Our Amber Valley and Erewash Integrated Community Services are a multi-disciplinary team, providing person-centred holistic care to patients with a wide variety of health conditions.
As a clinician you are required to hold a clinical caseload, along with line management and support for junior staff.
The post holder will work alongside Therapists and Social Care partners to facilitate reablement and discharges in a timely manner to enable flow through our in patient services.
The post will involve supporting junior staff and assistants and potentially havingline management responsibilities for them, ensuring that we provide high standards of evidence-based clinical care.
As a band 5 clinician you will be supported by our senior clinicians and clinical leads allowing you to learn and develop your skills in this role.
