This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing new service aimed at improving the well-being and psychological functioning of young people at Oakhill STC. You will utilise a variety of psychological interventions for both the young person and family members including the SECURE STAIRS framework.

The role involves managing a caseload of service users with complex needs, using evidence based/service user centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
As part of the role as a lead clinician, you will be responsible for assessment and completion of comprehensive formulation of risk and treatment needs. Within the service, you will work alongside the MDT in the development and delivery of multi-modal group and 1:1 therapeutic intervention as well as provide specialist assessments to those being transferred to the secure training facility as required.
