Receptionist

Job summary

Southgates and The Woottons Surgeries are based in King's Lynn and we have a long and proud history of excellent patient care.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join the new 'Health Hub' in King's Lynn. You will work predominately at the Health Hub, but may also be asked to work across our 2 surgeries. You will be part of a friendly and professional team.

The working hours to be covered are 08:00-18:00 on Tuesday & Thursday's.

This role is for 18 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills as well as a level of competency in IT.

Ideally you will be a team player who is adaptable and can demonstrate outstanding communication skills, motivation, initiative and a willingness to learn.

We are seeking a candidate with ideally at least 3 GCSEs grade A-C, one of which to be English.

You would be part of a friendly & professional team.

The hub will open in March and we are looking to employ a Receptionist to cover the reception desk for 2 days per week. The Health hub is a combined space it will house a range of services, including community care and outpatient services from the nearby Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
