Maintenance Operative

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the building and grounds are well-maintained, undertaking a variety of routine tasks and repairs to keep the facilities fully functional.

Main duties of the job

Your focus as a Maintenance Operative will be to ensure the building and grounds are well maintained, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services applying basic fixes to equipment and systems whilst ensuring facilities are fully functional. Other responsibilities will include carrying out general maintenance and basic repairs, supporting new residents to arrange their rooms, undertaking routine re-decoration, and providing an out-of-hours emergency service.
