About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Nurse to become a vital part of our healthcare team. This role involves working closely alongside GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, the Nursing Team, and administrative staff to provide outstanding patient care. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to enhancing patient health and wellbeing. Ideally, we would like someone with an interest in Diabetes Care, but training can be provided.

Our practice offers a comprehensive range of primary care services designed to meet the diverse needs of our patients, including chronic disease management, preventive care, health promotion, family planning, and same-day urgent appointments. We work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centred care, supporting patients at every stage of their health journey.
As part of a local Primary Care Network (PCN), we collaborate with other healthcare providers across the South Hams to deliver integrated and seamless care. This partnership allows us to share expertise and resources, improving access to specialist services and enhancing overall health outcomes within the community.
Our experienced team includes 5 GP Partners, 4 Salaried GPs, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), 3 Practice Nurses, 1 Nursing Associate, 3 Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), and 2 Phlebotomists. We are also supported by a dedicated reception and administrative team. Together, we are committed to providing high-quality, accessible, and compassionate healthcare in a supportive and friendly environment.
