As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Responsibilities will include monitoring resident wellbeing, being involved in care planning, supporting with medication, and acting as a key point of contact. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care, 2 years' experience in a similar environment, and the ability to communicate effectively.
